It is a comprehensive service platform for canal cities, ancient towns and related companies and institutions over the world. The project aims to establish a service platform for canal cities (ancient towns) and companies along the canal, by providing a multi-industry platform for various value-adding online and offline services, including integrated marketing, social media operations, investment and financing services, and connecting Chinese companies with foreign enterprises. Tōng Tōng is a SaaS software (https://jst.86links.com/), which provides the following services through video conferencing: online translation, video tracking, contracted cloud management, electronic signatures and seals, contract template library, integrity certification, online multi-language translation, business opportunities etc. It also supports private cloud deployments which are customized for enterprises and access to the enterprises’ existing OA office systems.
